During the last week in August, Lally EMBA XXII class members will study at Renmin University in Beijing, China, participating in classes, international team research, and visits to various corporate sites.
Lally’s EMBA program includes an eight-day international residency as part of the EMBA Corporate Strategy and Macro Economics modules. This essential part of the EMBA experience provides an in-depth immersion into the world of international business.
This year, Lally Executive MBAs will attend classes at Renmin University with Dean Gautschi and Lally professors Jonathan Story, Will Tracy, and Lois Peters. EMBA Students will work in international teams with Renmin International MBA students, taught by both Lally and Renmin faculty.
Corporate site visit hosts, guest speakers and panelists include: Geoffrey Dyer, Financial Times Bureau Chief, Beijing; Sunny Oh, Head of Marketing-Greater China, Google; Mogen Terp Paulsen, President, Danfoss, China; Edward Radcliffe, Partner, Vermilion; Nicolas Musy, Founding Partner, CH-ina (Shanghai) Co.; Professor Yang Wong, Director, Center for International Political Economy, Peking University School of International Studies; and Professor Zha Daojiong, Peking University School of International Studies.
